How Can We Help?
Have a question about our collection or feel that your watch might need a bit of love and care? We’ve got you covered. Please take a second to read through this page. A few minutes spent here making sure you’re sending through the information we need will greatly accelerate our ability to help you out. Let’s go!
If you’re curious about a current or upcoming piece of the collection, or even if you just want to say hi, we’re here for it. A quick thing though: If you’re wondering when a favorite piece may be in stock, the best thing for you to do is go to the webpage for that watch (check our collection page). If the release date has been set, you’ll find it there. If it hasn’t then, your best next step is to pop your name and email into the form that pops up when you click “Notify Me When Available” and we’ll let you know as soon as we can.

- Email your completed service request form to info@traskawatch.com. To make it easier to process, please use a descriptive subject line with your watch color and model and the issue, for example “Freediver V3 Mint Green - Scratched by rabid racoons”
- We will email you back with instructions, a prepaid shipping label (if you are eligible) and any questions we may have so we can get your watch back in full working order.

As much as it hurts to have one of our lovingly crafted watches rejected, the idea of someone holding onto a watch they don’t love hurts even more. This is why we have a generous returns policy.
If you are within the two-week window and your watch has never been removed from its original plastic wrapping, please email us at info@traskawatch.com.
Please use “Return: [Your Order Number] in your email subject line. We will email you with our Returns form, including instructions on where to send your watch. Please note, returns sent to us without proper notification will be returned to their original owner.
